Why is there a charge on my card?

It's a charge for one of our online courses / coaching products

Who is PeriodTimePublishing.com? We are an education and website development company based in Sydney Australia NSW that creates training programs and website technology for online businesses, we specialise in Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP training programs and website technology build with WordPress. We have been in business since 2012 under the parent company name PyeroMedia, our company is owned by Dan Pye.

Why are you charging us? This is a charge for our training program The Period Time Publishing Program.

Dosen't ring a bell? If the product names above do not ring a bell, it is possible your business partner of significant other purchased one of our products. We have found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product.

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you, we send an invoice to the email address you (Or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt, we can always send you one, simply email support @ periodtimepublishing.com

Can we get a refund? It depends on what program you brought. Each of our programs has a unique refund policy. You can always email legal @ periodtimepublishing.com to inquire about the refund policy for the program you purchased.
